Craig leads WM's landscape architecture practice, overseeing parks, streetscapes, waterfront design, and campus master planning projects across the DC metro region. His approach centers on the firm's Three C's framework: Consideration, Connection, and Context.

Gavin brings broad project management experience across WM's multi-discipline engagements, with particular depth in complex government and institutional projects throughout the DC metro area.

Marcelo oversees WM's surveying and dry utility practices, coordinating with major DC-area utilities — Pepco, Washington Gas, Verizon, Comcast — and managing all phases from pre-design through occupancy.

Will leads WM's civil engineering practice, guiding projects through DC, Maryland, and Virginia's complex regulatory environments. His background spans site design, stormwater management, permitting, and construction administration across government, commercial, and residential sectors.
